We are devastated to hear of Taz’ death. She was such a wonderful, friendly, interesting, bright, irrepressible, unforgettable person, so full of life; always smart, upbeat and funny. Our hearts go out to her family as we know how important they were to her and how much Taz loved her sister, parents and grandparents.

When we were very fortunate to visit her in Sarajevo a few summers back, Taz was delighted to be able to share her experiences and joy at being with her family in her mom’s home town. She bounced around town, filling us in on the city’s history and all her family’s stories.
